During the meeting we will the time to explain the differences between all the different types of mortgages and options with both their advantages and disadvantages. Based on what best suites the individual we are assisting we will then search for the best available product at the time so that a real life example can then be viewed and presented in detail.
During this appointment we will need to see all necessary documents before we are able to progress onto the next stage of the application process.

We will research and find you the best suited mortgage that considers your current and future needs, current and future affordability.
Once we have your confirmation that you wish to proceed with the recommended product, a full application will be made. Each lender will have their own timescales and we will inform you of their processing times throughout the process.
We will oversee the entire process from consulting with the lender, the solicitor and you as well as any other companies involved in the process, such as estate agents.
This will be to confirm the mortgage agreed and finalise protection needs.
Once you have your mortgage offer, we must provide you with advice for mortgage protection products including life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. This can be done either over the phone or we prefer to welcome you to our office.
We will do our best to ensure the entire process from application to offer goes as smoothly as possible and be available to discuss any questions you may have throughout any stage of your application.
